The Breathing Space programme run by the Centre teaches Mindfulness Based Approaches to help prevent relapse into depression and addiction and to manage stress and anxiety.

We do this through the provision of community-based support and associated activities including day centres and other activities that reduce isolation and build carer-friendly communities.
