The Phab Charity Shop provides a training environment for people with additional needs in a real working environment. Our clients receive assistance in learning new retail skills from one to one assistance to support being on hand when required.

The Foundation offers affordable tennis programmes and a comprehensive parent and playereducation programme throughout the South-East of England, committing to schools from disadvantaged areas. TheFoundation delivers free sessions in schools to pupils who otherwise may not have been exposedto the benefits of tennis to show them the benefits of focusing on their physical and mental health.

The charity also provides Fire cover to a wide range of community events/festivals focusing on pubic safety, education and engagement across the South East and further afield if requested.

The principal object of the Great Eastern Railway Society is to promote the advancement of public education and knowledge of the Great Eastern Railway, its predecessors, successors and associated railway companies by historical research and study.

The study and practice of choral and orchestral music in order to foster public education in and appreciation of such music by public performance.

The Church holds a service of public worship on Sunday mornings at 10.30 am. There is also a service on Good Friday morning and a candlelit carol service at Christmas. Two house groups meet twice a month to study the Bible. A prayer meeting is held twice or three times a month on Tuesday evenings at 7.30 pm. The pastor takes school assemblies regularly.

The charity offers financial aid to the elderly and young living with preference in the Parish of Hutton. Requests are considered and approved by the trustees before aid is granted. Needs are often highlighted by local priests, church workers and headteachers. Monies from this charity are also allocated towards the maintenance of the church fabric in the two parish churches of Hutton.

We put on live concerts of classical orchestral and chamber music in the geographicalarea of the Diocese of Ely.We also hold at least one orchestral workshop a year, open to any member of the public whohas reached Grade 5, to play alongside members of the orchestra.We also from time to time provide outreach workshops at local schools, always in associationwith the school management.

The Waltham Abbey U3A provides opportunities for retired and semi retired members to participate in activities such as dance, gardening,cycling, languages and games. There are a number of different groups that members can join and a monthly meeting with informative speakers.
