We support, guide young women through crisis in their lives.These Crises can be finding out that they are pregnant, problems or struggling in schools, mental health issues, rape, self harm, lack of confidence and self belief, violence or sexual exploitation

Recyke y' Bike's core activity is refurbishing bicycles, donated largely by the public, by a team of enthusiastic volunteers and paid mechanics. Some are sold to raise funds, others are given away as community referral bikes, with those in the worst condition being recycled and all useable parts saved. We also train people in cycling and bike maintenance skills.

Birtley Community Aquatic Centre (BCAC) Charitable Incorporated Organisation was established to achieve a community asset transfer for Birtley Swimming Centre from Gateshead Council, enabling the delivery of swimming and associated activities to the community which will promote physical fitness and mental health. Team Solan is a charity created to help people impacted by a cancer. diagnosis or bereavement. Our aim is to help improve the quality of life of those affected by cancer within the North East of England. We provide bespoke help, support, advice and signposting for families and individuals who are dealing with the turmoil that cancer can bring.

We provide riding lessons and riding therapy for all ages and levels of disability. We also have an education programme with the horse as the tool, to aid clients to achieve ADSAN and other nationally recognised qualifications.
