Our charity supports the provision of religious services for the Romanian Community (and anyone interested) in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire. Promoting the Christian values of charity, and respect for everyone, ROCEG will support families in need, organise educational events for children, help the community to develop and help its members to integrate harmoniously within the British society.

The charity's objects are to hold Nympsfield Village Hall on trust for the use of the inhabitants of Nympsfield and the neighbourhood. A section 105 order has been obtained for the transfer of the Hall by Nympsfield Village Hall (charity number 272549) to the charity and the legal work for the transfer is progressing.

To advance the education of the public in the history and heritage of the Sharpness Railway Branch Line, by the restoration, preservation and operation of the line or any part or parts thereof including the stations and associated buildings, locomotives and rolling stock as a working museum for the benefit of the public

The relief of poverty in the county of Gloucestershire to families in crisis through the provision of toiletries, maternity items and clothes, baby and children's clothing, nursery items, books, toys and safety equipment after a referral has been made by a professional who has deemed the family to be 'in need'

The provision and maintenance of a village hall and playing fields for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Charfield and the neighbourhood, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of cats in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals, and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among cats.

Centred Horseplay promotes social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. Fully approved Gloucestershire hub for the world renowned "TheHorseCourse", assisting people with an innovative and well developed programme with horses.

The hall is hired out to Pre-school group, Cricket clubs, Probus, Woodmancote Society, Indoor Bowling club, Scouts, Cubs, Guides and Brownies etc., Dog handling, Women's Institute, Bishops Cleeve U3A, parties, village events, and the Parish Council meet monthly.

The church is involved with general charity and overseas famine relief. As a church is holds regular Sunday meetings and services/prayer meetings midweek. It is also involved with running childrens clubs on Sundays and midweek.

The Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and have determined that, for the time being, the principal beneficiaries of the charity will be Collegiate School and any members of the public who wish their children to benefit from an independent education at Collegiate School but are unable to afford the cost of independent education.

The preservation and protection of health particularly but not exclusively by providing, or assisting in the provision of free bread to the community of Ifakara in Tanzania. The relief of financial hardship and advancement of education in Ifakara by supporting young people and such projects as the trustees determine.

The charity engages in 2 activities: 1) raising funds within the UK and 2) creating businesses in Western Kenya that will allow the Children?s Centre to become sustainable for its day-to-day running costs. The centre cares for around 300 orphans and needy children, providing primary and secondary education. The children live on site or with extended local family groups and are fed and cared for.
