We are a friendly self-help organisation offering more than 50 member-led interest groups and a monthly meeting for all members with a talk of general interest. The interest groups allow people to share their hobbies and interests, study new topics and enjoy the companionship of others. Members come from Bishops Cleeve, Woodmancote and the surrounding area.

Provision and maintenance of sports and leisure facilities on a site owned by the trust.

Provision of humanitarian aid including relief of poverty and education throughout the world. Also promotion of the Christian Gospel in UK and throughout the world by making donations to such Charitable Institutions and providing grants to individuals at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.

To Generate income to be distributed equally between the Stroud & Rodborough Educational Charity and the Stroud Feoffees Church Account. The Income is generated purely from the Charity's investments.

The Charity organises events & activities in order to raise funds to advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school (not normally provided by the local education authority). These activities include Christmas Fayres, Summer Events, School Disco's, Sales of Cakes and ice creams.

The object of the charity is the "provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Siddington without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation, and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants".

Conferences & seminars are held on topical issues, after which the appropriate government department is informed of our discussions. We have permanent groups which are concerned with specific subjects i.e. health, education, arts & media, consumer affairs, science & technology, foreign affairs, social employment & housing issues. These groups hold regular meetings.

To raise money for the local village school, and provide support for school activities and equipment.

The charity provides a centre in the Bristol area for members of the public to learn and practice Zen meditation and to study the teaching and practice of Soto Zen Buddhism.

The Cold Aston Village Hall organises and promotes regular events which all the inhabitants of the village are invited and welcome to attend. The costs for all events are either by donation or set at a reasonable rate to ensure no one is excluded. The hall is also available to hire. There are regular weekly classes open to anyone interested.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.(NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY).

Provides Village Hall facilities for meetings/social/sports/education events for local/neigbouring people

Fund raising events are held locally. They include a Classic Car Run, a Cycling Sportive & a stall at the Victorian Day. Some donations are made directly by members of the Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury to Rotary International's own charity (the Rotary Foundation).Funds raised go partly towards grants to registered charities (local & international). Some goes to individuals who meet our aims.

We have five ponies based at Hartpury University. We provide riding sessions on Tuesdays in term time for children with disabilities, The charity consists solely of volunteers, some of whom are qualified RDA coaches who provide the lesson structure and instruction required. Training is given to enable the remaining volunteers to lead the ponies or sidewalk and provide the support needed.

Preach the gospel, organise conferences where we receive guest from Africa, UK , the Republic of Ireland and worldwide. We operate in Gloucestershire.

Village Hall is managed by trustees to provide a venue for the physical & mental recreation, social, moral and intellectual development of the inhabitants of Down Hatherley and its immediate vicinity without distinctions of sex or of political or other opinions.

Provides educational support for older people no longer in full time employment in the Cirencester area.

The Hopton Trust was originally founded by Frances Hopton in early 1700 to provide education for needy children in Cam.Today the Trust own and maintain the original Schoolhouse which is used as a Childcare setting, providing: breakfast, out of school and holiday clubs, as well as a playgroup.The Trust provide funds for Cam Hopton School leavers bibles and mugs and for set projects.
