St Michael's Hospice was established to meet the needs of persons of either sex (without regard to race or creed) with active, progressive and advanced illness, by the provision of specialist palliative care. To promote the highest quality of life for patients with continued support for their families and carers and to ensure that sufficient resources are always available for this purpose.

To refurbish, restore and to operate the King's Theatre, Southsea as a venue for professional and amateur organisations. To educate and entertain all groups regardless of age, gender or religion.

Prep School Education for boys aged 7 to 13.

The charity is primarily involved in the delivery and advancement of early years education in its nurseries and preschools around Southampton and parts of Hampshire and support for those experiencing disadvantage in them. It has general aims to relieve poverty and need in individuals arising from their youth, age, infirmity, or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances.

Social Care CateringHoliday Hunger - provision of food for families

The Trust manages the Basingstoke Aquadrome & Golf Centre & Tadley Pool. Facilities at Aquadrome include 2 swimming pools, lagoon with flumes, gym fitness area with 140 stations, & a health suite. Golf Centre has 9 hole par 3 course, Adventure golf course and driving range. Tadley Pool has a swimming Pool, gym and health suite.

The Charity ceased operating the Pilgrims' School Winchester following the merger with Winchester College on the 1st September 2025

The principal activity of the School is an independent day school for girls aged 3 to 16 and boys aged 3 to 7 years.
