SCHOOL

To run The Anvil (concert hall) ,The Haymarket (theatre) and The Forge (studio) to provide cultural live performance events for Basingstoke, Hampshire and surrounding areas as well as a year-round programme of participatory and educational work for all communities.

Operates the New Forest & Hampshire County Show. Manages New Park, Brockenhurst. Provides youth camping facilities. Supports agricultural & forest based activities and charities. Broad based education throughout the annual show.

Walhampton is a co-educational boarding and day school for pupils between the ages of 2 and 13 situated in Lymington, on the edge of The New Forest. The school's aim is to cultivate the intellectual, cultural, spiritual, social and physical faculties of our pupils, empowering each child to achieve his or her optimum potential.

The Charity provides independent education for boys and girls aged 3-11 at The Gregg Preparatory School and 11-16 at The Gregg School.

The Charity undertakes as part of its fundraising, various activities involving both staff and the general public to generate income. All income is utilised for the benefit of staff and patient welfare within the Trust.

St Michael's Hospice was established to meet the needs of persons of either sex (without regard to race or creed) with active, progressive and advanced illness, by the provision of specialist palliative care. To promote the highest quality of life for patients with continued support for their families and carers and to ensure that sufficient resources are always available for this purpose.

To provide facilities, services and resources for the education, integration, guidance, assessment, outreach and support of people affected by an autism spectrum disorder.To promote a greater knowledge and understanding of autism.To invite and receive grants, donations, public funding, gifts and contributions to support the primary objective of the Trust.

Social Care CateringHoliday Hunger - provision of food for families

The Trust manages the Basingstoke Aquadrome & Golf Centre & Tadley Pool. Facilities at Aquadrome include 2 swimming pools, lagoon with flumes, gym fitness area with 140 stations, & a health suite. Golf Centre has 9 hole par 3 course, Adventure golf course and driving range. Tadley Pool has a swimming Pool, gym and health suite.

Prep School Education for boys aged 7 to 13.

The objects of the Theatre, as set out in the Memorandum of Association are to promote, maintain, improve and advance education, particularly by the production of educational plays and the encouragement of the Arts, including the arts of drama, dance, singing and music
