ASSA is a parent /teacher association which raises money in order to enhance and enrich the children's experiences whilst at school.

Relief of the poor and needy or such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the Club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.

The Charity's activities are to operate and maintain a Village Hall as a facility available to all members of the community and local organsations to hire for their various meetings and social activities at reasonable hiring rates. As such it maintains and operates the Village Hall building and surrounding grounds for the benefit of the local community of all ages.

Dive Ability is a member led scuba diving charity committed to enabling people who have disabilities or disadvantages to discover the adventurous world of scuba diving.Achievement is realised through regular, educational pool sessions and diving holidays, with specialist support and equipment being provided so that positive scuba diving experiences are accessible to all.

Maintain/manage a community centre so that facilities are provided in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisure-time occupation and educational improvement which improve the conditions of life for the local residents.

The objects of the Society are to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation in the said arts.This involves performing shows/concerts comprising musical productions, works from Gilbert and Sullivan, and light opera. Shows are staged twice yearly at MAST Mayflower Studios with concerts at various locations around the Southampton area

We run a coffee shop that is a focal point for this rural community. For some Elderly people it is a second home, but all ages make use of our facilities. We have toys available for the very young. Village clubs and organisations use our facilites to advertise what they do. The shop is also used as a collection point for our charitable giving.

We provide a venue to facilitate a range of social, recreational and educational activities, together with community functions and events for the residents of West Meon and surrounding villages.
