Andover Twenty1 is a parent-led Charity. Our purpose is to provide support to people with Down's Syndrome and their families, from birth and through school. We want our members to reach their potential, socially and academically. We support children and their families who live within a 25 mile radius of Andover including Newbury, Winchester and Salisbury as well as smaller towns and villages.

THE HALL IS AVAILABLE TO HIRE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS ALL LOCAL COMMUNITY EVENTS. THE LARGE RECREATION FIELD IS OPEN ACCESS AND SUPPORTS ONE SENIOR FOOTBALL TEAM (IN SUMMER) AND TWO JUNIOR GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAMS (IB WINTER). A FENCED CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA IS AVAILBLE FOR THE YOUNGER AGES RANGE.

Arranges annual festivals of English Cathedral Music with four to five days of services and concerts based around the daily liturgy, based alternately in Chichester, Winchester and Salisbury Cathedrals.

Meditation/ Buddhism classes and courses provided to public. Further classes for people wishing to deepen their Buddhist practice and/or join the Western Buddhist Order. Visits to schools and hospitals offered. Buddhist prison chaplain associated with charity. Point of contact offered for enquiries by public/ Council eg on funerals. Community living by Buddhists encouraged and subsidised.

To provide funds to support Longparish Primary School in Hampshire for equipment, school trips etc

The object of the charity is to protect and conserve the wildlife and natural environment of the Slipper Mill Pond, which is located in the Parish of Southbourne, West Sussex, for the benefit and quiet enjoyment of the public. Much of the maintenance of the pond infrastructure is achieved by volunteers, but larger projects require contractors to carry out the work.

Helping people work well by integrating Christian values with working practices

We are a local scout troop based in Cove who run a Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts group. Our hall is owned by the scout association and we are responsible for looking after the hall, its upkeep and making any lettings. The committee sort out maintenance of the hall and any hirers of the premises as well as supporting the sections in the activities that they undertake.

Projects to promote the town and contribute to the well being of its inhabitants; running the community centre and providing a range of activities from it; managing the town's community website.

Religious meetings for worship, prayer, preaching of the Gospel and Bible Study and Sunday School for all the public to benefit. Free religious publications and teaching are distributed throughout Southampton, including home study courses. Pastoral care is given to the elderly and infirm and low rent flats are let to those of limited income. Other charitable causes are financially supported.

The provision of financial support to Choristers at Winchester Cathedral and Quiristers at Winchester College who would otherwise be unable to become or remain Choristers or Quiristers by virtue of the financial circumstances of their parents or parent.

General charitable purposes in England and overseas mainly through cash grants.
