The Friends of Leintwardine Primary School organize events to raise money for the benefit of Leintwardine Primary school children and directly the surrounding community. We raise money through fundraising events such as dances, barbeques, Bag2School, cake and plant sales, school disco and film nights etc.

Provides housing/accommodation for the elderly.

The advancement of agriculture in the City and County of Herefordshire.

Rescue, care, rehabilitation and re-homing of lost, abandoned, neglected, and ill-treated ferrets in need. Provision of education and advice on ferret care & husbandry.

Advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school not normally provided by the LEA

General charitable purposes; maintaining a building where the community can congregate, or where community activities (such as elections, parish council meetings, fitness classes or church events) can take place. We also organise five or six events each year to bring the community together.

To advance the education of children in the school, in particular by;1. developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school,2. providing facilities which support the school and advance the education of pupils.3. engaging in various activities during the year, having regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

Upkeep and management of Callow Parish Hall, providing facilities for events within the combined parishes of Callow, Haywood, Grafton, Dewsall, Twyford. Letting of hall for the use of others outside that catchment area.

To support the educational aspirations of individuals and organisations through donations, sponsorship and bursaries; Where appropriate, the Trust may make donations in support of capital projects at educational establishments to maximise the beneficial effect of Trust benevolence. The Trust will aim to focus its support within Shropshire and adjoining counties.

While support is donated to many local charities, such as the food bank, the ladies of the Inner Wheel Club actively enjoy sending shoe boxes abroad. Funds are also raised for overseas charities such as, schools, hospitals, water aid, etc.

Bromyard Public Hall provides typical Village Hall facilities for Bromyard and the Surrounding area. It includes one large Hall complete with stage at one end and a fully operative kitchen at the other, plus a smaller meeting room upstairs. The Hall is available for all charitable functions and for use by local groups, sporting clubs, dance clubs and the like.

Annual distribution of income for charitable purposes and religious activities, at the discretion of the Trustees, after consideration of letters of application from local organisations or individuals within the ecclesiastical parish of Gorsley (including Kilcot).

Village Hall providing space and building for any activities that take place in the community of Kimbolton parish.

This small charity supports a variety of causes mainly based in Herefordshire and Inverness-shire

Annual award of small grants to young persons living in the parishes of Colwall and Little Malvern, who are pursuing approved courses in tertiary education.

We organise bi-monthly activities for deaf children in a deaf friendly environment. we also organise annual residential holidays enabling deaf children to take part in activities the same as their hearing peers. We give parents a well earned rest and enable deaf children to take part in activities that they may not be able to do due to the communication barriers they face on a daily basis.

Venue for local clubs, meetings for groups and hall for hire for private functions

The aim of the charity is to maintain the building and churchyard of St George's Woolhope in good repair

Hay2Timbuktu helps to raise and administer funding for charitable activities - principally medical and educational - conducted under the auspices of Hay-on-Wye's twinning with Timbuktu in Mali, West Africa
