Activities include Sunday worship, a variety of children and youth ministries including Treasure Chest parent & toddlers, Me & Dad and Sunshine & Rainbows (group for bereaved parents), regular Alpha courses, Marriage courses, support for overseas churches and for members church- planting abroad

Grants mainly for the restoration of records or archives of historical societies/bodies or restoration of historic churches - recipients are usually restricted to bodies within or bordering the counties of Bedfordshire Bucks or Oxfordshire and of known interest to the Trustees.

Provision of educational, training, mentoring and counselling services for those of all ages and backgrounds within the UK and abroad who have need of such facilities by reason of their social and economic circumstances and for the advancement of health and wellbeing within a framework of christian values.

We are a local charity that came to be in 2021, Wormley Community Centre is our first project. We inspire to have an integrated community with a strong sense of belonging that welcomes all. Home-Start Hertfordshire is a charity that supports families throughout Hertfordshire and covers the boroughs ofBroxbourne, Dacorum, East Hertfordshire, North Hertfordshire (excluding Royston), Stevenage, St Albans and WelwynHatfield. Home-Start Schemes offer support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in local communities.

To advance for the public benefit education in the United Kingdom, in particular by supporting the maintenance, carrying on, management and development of St George's School, Harpenden Academy Trust, a co-educational school with a non-denominational Christian character offering a board and balanced curriculum.

Funds support a wide range of charitable and health related activities benefitting both patients and staff of The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. In general they are used to purchase the very varied additional goods and services that the NHS is unable to provide.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everybody on their rights and responsibilities.

Helping the young, the old, the disabled and the general community in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire . This is done by the awarding of grants to organisations. We do not accept applications for grants from individuals or for the benefit of persons not living in this geographical catchment area.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking of religious assemblies in schools. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

The PCC supports the parish clergy in the provision of public Christian worship, which includes worship, prayer and preaching. The PCC also co-operates with the minister of the church in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church of England, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

Provision of nursery school facilities.

Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers provides support to families who have at least one child under the age of five years. Support is provided by volunteers who are parents themselves they visit families once a week for two to three hours offering support, friendship and practical help in the families' homes.The service is provided in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere
