we are a faith based organisation involved in helping people discover and fulfil their potentials by restoring their hope and confidence. we are involved in transforming our community by providing services to those in need and creating a vibrant environment for people to socialise.

Promoting the mission of the Church of England through provision of church services, facilities and buildings and special events. Particular emphasis on music and outreach to the community. Currently fundraisaing for new boilers.

We seek to advance Christian religion and be an open, welcoming fellowship, providing a Christian Hub where people can find friendship,support and learn to love God and each other by providing resources and facilities for public worship, pastoral care and spiritual, moral and intellectual development for all. A Community Hub offering a variety of activities to support a strong local community.

At Earthworks people of all abilities learn and work together. Local people but particulary those with learning difficulties and mental health issues work on our sustainably managed site learning horticulture and land-based skills. Contract groups go out into the community to design and maintain private gardens and do conservation work in schools, nature reserves and public land.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer andcontemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity.Taking of religious assemblies in schools.Promoting the whole mission of the Church through activities for seniorcitizens, parents, toddlers and other special need groups. Supporting other charities.

FOOD FOR LIFE VRINDAVAN UK LTD IS DEDICATED TO THE POOREST OF THE POOR. OUR ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND THE AREA OF VRINDAVAN IN INDIA INCLUDE EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENTAL CARE INCLUDING TREE PLANTING AND EDUCATION ABOUT OUR DEPENDANCE ON THE ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH CARE, FEEDING THE POOR, DRINKING WATER PROJECTS, SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING MICRO CREDIT SCHEMES AND, THE CARE OF COWS.

SMCC is the representative body for the Muslims in the East and North Herts. The Charity is a Mosque and a community centre, providing facilities for community services, Islamic education for children and classes for learning the Holy Qur'an and Arabic. It organises discussions, lectures and meetings on religious topics to the community and accommodates local schools for religious education.

We provide services for the Bangladeshi and non Bangladeshi community of Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. services include, prayer facilities, cultural education, youth sports and education support, Health & Well-being projects are currenty being looked into

To further the religious and other charitable work of Beechen Grove Baptist Church, and the maintenance of the Grade 2 listed church building and other property.

Provision of youth football matches and associated activities

The preservation, restoration, maintenance, repair and improvement of the Cloisters, a grade II* listed building on the 'At Risk' register of Historic England, situated in Barrington Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. The provision and assisting in the provision of tours and educational events.

CPRE Hertfordshire is a campaigning charity whose mission is to protect, promote and enhance theHertfordshire countryside. Our strategic aims are to:1. Connect people with the countryside so that everyone can benefit from and value it;2. Promote rural life to ensure the countryside and its communities can thrive; and3. Empower communities to improve and protect their local environment.

Providing practical and emotional support for vulnerable members of society via My Yard who become isolated due to crisis. We collect and distribute food, provide a range of activities for youth, help survivors of Domestic Abuse, Families and Caregivers and Children who've had life changing injury due to accident or illness, We focus on families in temporary housing.

Bury Lake Young Mariners is committed to the development of young people through the medium of sailing and other water based sports.

Walkern Preschool is a charity-run pre-school serving a small village. We are based within the grounds of the primary school and cater for children aged 2 to 5. We run sessions with two age ranges and prepare the children for entry into primary school. All fundraising and grant money is used to run the preschool with any extra funding going towards the improvement of its facilities.

The charity exists for the benefit of all the residents of Codicote and the neighbourhood and in cooperation with residents, local authorities , voluntary and other organisations aims to fund , provide and oversee sporting and community faciliities with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents through sporting , recreational and comunity leisure time activity.

The primary objective of the PCC is to promote the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England.

The charity aims to raise rental income by managing a portfolio of properties with the surplus income then being used to provide educational grants to either individuals or organisations.
