To relieve suffering by providing volunteers trained to search and recover missing vulnerable people, working at the request of Thames Valley Police and assisting other Rescue organisations. Providing First Aid and Search and Rescue volunteers to the County Emergency Resilience department during times of flood or other disasters. Providing First Aid and marshaling personnel to local organisations.

Provision of Pre-School education.

Provides therapies, help and advice for members, to relieve symptoms and improve their standard of life. To do this we have to raise funds through donations and our own fund raising activities and the fund raising activities of our supporters.Our therapies include Hyper-baric Oxygenation, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu and EFT. We are a self-help group and drop-in centre.

The main object of The Hub Trust is the advancement of the Christian faith in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and such other parts of the United Kingdom and the world as the trustees may decide.

Stanmore Park Nursery School shall be run as a non-profit making organization. The Nursery school is a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales.The aim of the Nursery is to assist young children to integrate into a school environment and to prepare them for transfer to primary school.

Payment of pensions, relief in need and advancement of life payments

We provide a comprehensive range of Bibles, Christian books, CD's, DVD's, Greeting Cards, Teaching Materials, Puppets, Christian Art and gifts. We also privide a listening ear and prayer for people who have problems. We have an area with limited catering facilities that may be used by groups who are sympathetic to Christian teaching for community activities.

To operate a wheelchair basketball club providing disabled and able bodied people to opportunity to play the sport at whatever level they want to, ranging from recreational up to National and International standards. To promote fitness and competitiveness whilst taking part in league matches representing the club. To provide a sociable and friendly atmosphere where all are welcome.

Providing facilities for the Crabtree Juniors and Infants Schools: funding IT equipment for both schools, provision of an extra curricular music teacher for the Junior school and other sundry funding as requested for the educational benefit of the children.

The provision of grants and financial assistance for:- prevention and relief of poverty or hardship of those in need- advancement of Jewish education and faith in accordance with the doctrines and tenets of Judaism.- promotion, support and advancement of the visual and performing arts and community participation in healthy recreation and amateur sports

During the year we have continued to distribute food parcels and essentials to those in need.4793 vouchers were fulfilled - 7038 adults and 5679 children recieved food. This is a big increase upon last year. than the previous year.Over the year the amount of food we had donated to us was over 100 tons.

To advance the Christian faith and religion and exercise Christian charity by making grants to The Farnhams and Hedgerley Community Church (FHCC) and to other Christian churches, assemblies, missions, missionary societies or institutions. FHCC employs a full time worker to assist with its activities, which include a mothers & toddlers group, a club for 5-11 year olds and activities for teenagers.
