The study and practice of choral music in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance and such other ways as the Society through its charity trustees shall from time to time decide.

We perform staged opera productions and concerts to a high standard. We aim to widen access to opera across the community and to promote it as a valuable and relevant performance art. We encourage and promote community participation in our activities, through professionally delivered rehearsals and dedicated youth classes.

The Katherine Warington Association of Friends include all school subjects as potential candidates to advance education through donating provisions. This could also include funding additional aids that will benefit students through development of their mental, physical, and moral capabilities inside and outside of the classroom.

Another successful year as we re-build our repertoire and bring new members up to speed. In September we joined another chorus and a quartet on stage to entertain a sell-out audience. Shortly afterwards we hosted a Time to Harmonise course introducing a number of people to the enjoyment and benefits of singing in four-part close harmony. Some have auditioned and joined the chorus.

The Charity which became a registered Charity (No. 1107821) on 26 January 2005 is established to advance the cognitive development of children, teenagers and young adults with particular reference to development and enhancement of social communication skills.

The Colney Heath Village Hall provides a venue for organisations, clubs and members of the public to meet, socialise and learn. It is also the official local polling station.The property ownership by the charity is registered at the Land Registry using the charity's company number viz Colney Heath Village Hall CEO number 16886

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING GRANTS, RELIGIOUS REQUISITES, GROCERIES AND OTHER FOOD TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THEM TO CELEBRATE THE SABBATH AND OTHER JEWISH RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORTHODOX JEWISH LAW AND CUSTOM.

Member of the International Lions Club raising charity funds through annual projects including helping to run a charity bookshop, Easter Egg raffles, & christmas street collections, etc The monies are regularly dispersed to local charities.We also assist the local community with projects inc Senior Citizen's dinners and collecting christmas trees for a local hospice, allowing them to raise funds

Through the raising of funds the Association supports the cassiobury schools and aims to assist with the education of the pupils by providing resources, facilities and equipment not available from Statutory funds.The association provides opportunities for the widening of relationships between parents, school and community through the organisation of of a varied programme of events.

Provision of 4 single occupancy Almshouses to provide low cost housing for, firstly:Poor people belonging to Christchurch Methodist/URC Church in Hitchin, Secondly,To those worshipping in other Protestant Churches within and around Hitchin, and thirdly,For any poor resident of Hitchin

The WGC (ST Francis Scout) Scout group, currently runs 2, beaver packs for 6-8 year old Children, 2, Cub packs for 8-10 year old childen and 2 Scout groups for 10-15 year old children. We have in the region of 150 children attending these groups. Usual team building and educational activities including camping and helping the Church's charity fund raising activities.

Activities for the relief of the poor and needy and events for the encouragement of young people

The aim of the trust is to provide convalescent and respite care for the sick and their carers throughout Hertfordshire. Grants are given to pay for convalescence and for respite and recuperative holidays. Grants are made to those suffering from the effects of poverty and social deprivation.

Promotes classical music in the local community

To advance the education of the pupils in the school, in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff and parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing facilities and/or equipment which support the school and advance the education of its pupils.

To raise funds for the preservation maintenance, restoration, improvement, or ornamentation of Holy Cross Church, Sarratt.

- PROVISION OF FREE COMMUNITY KITCHENS- PROVISION OF DISCOURSE ON THE GURU GRANTH SAHIB- SINGING OF HYMNS WITH A MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT FOR SPIRITUAL UPLIFT OF HUMANITY.

Helping cats in crisis, strays and unwanted cats. Carrying out neutering programmes for feral colonies. Finding new homes for all unwanted cats coming into our care, providing veterinary care when needed.

To provide housing in the form of almshouses for the poor and needy of good character. Preference shall be given to those so qualified who have resided at any time in Stanstead Abbotts or Gt. Amwell. To reimburse the incumbent of the parish of Stanstead Abbotts for their working expenses.For the prevention and relief of poverty primarily in the Parish of Stanstead Abbotts but also in Gt Amwell
