The Broxbourne Arts Forum supplements the Borough's own programme of events by providing concerts, plays, operas which would not otherwise be performed. The objects of the Band are to advance the education of the general public in the art and science of British Brass Band music through the provision of public band concerts, contests and recitals and training in brass music skills.

The Society consists of an Orchestra and Chorus. Membership is open to all comers without audition. Members learn and rehearse music with the objective of providing four public concerts per year. The Orchestra invites all comers to an open rehearsal free of charge. Occasionally, the Chorus runs an open singing course. The Society supports local charities by performing carols at Christmas time.

Bancroft's Decorative and Fine Arts Society is a member society of NADFAS - National Association of Decorative & Fine Arts - serving a mature suburban area on the Greater London / Essex borders.
