The school provides care and education for children and students from birth to age 18 according to the guidance given by Rudolf Steiner. We have Parent & Child groups, Kindergartens, Lower, Middle and High Schools. The FoMSH supports Michael Sobell House the hospice and centre for palliative care at Mount Vernon Hospital. The unit embraces a philosophy that is compatible with hospice care and is supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, chaplains, social workers, counsellors, physiotherapists, occupational and complementary therapists, housekeepers and administration staff.

The charitys principal activity is to operate Watermans, an arts centre in Brentford, which provides a year-round programme of performing arts, cinema, exhibitions and new media arts. In addition, it provides participative arts programmes for a wide range of communities both in its own venue and in other community spaces across West London.

Richmond AID runs services for disabled people including an Information Navigation and Advice Service, Money Advice, Benefits Service, Job Club, Peer Network, Spade gardening service and more.

Ealing and Hounslow CVS provides a wide range of support services for voluntary and community groups in the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow, including funding advice, help with recruiting volunteers, information on voluntary sector developments and good practice, and training. It incorporates Ealing Volunteer Centre and Hounslow Volunteer Centre.
