The Club has existed since 1903 to teach all members to use firearms safely & and to a high standard of competence. We accept people of all ages and capabilities and of either gender.We accept wheel chair bound people where this is compatible with out range capabilities and are developing a facility for blind shooters. We have strong links with the Scout Movement and local High Schools.

South & South East in Bloom organises an annual campaign that the councils schools commercial interests and residents of the cities towns and villages of the benefit area can enter. Awards are given for horticultural excellence with an emphasis on the environment, community conservation and recycling.

Membership led organisation for young people between the ages of 10 and 28

Provision of facilities for Youth Clubs, social events, corporate events, exhibitions. Provision of facilities for a variety of clubs, badminton, orchestra football etc. Facilities for social activities and advice sessions for the older person. Organised village events e.g. fetes, open days.

To help young people towards responsible adulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct using a nautical theme based on the customs of the Royal Navy.

We are a youth marching band, providing the tuition in the learning of music from the age of 8yrs upwards. We perform at many carnivals, shows and prestigious events on the isle of wight and mainland.We also perform concerts wher our music can be marches, themed and concert pieces. We have approx. 60 members in the band and have seen a steady increase in numbers.

To sustain a Community Hall open to all with facilities to encourage community participation, education, development and heritage. An informal social venue for all ages. Rooms and facilities for hire to groups and individuals. Centre for regional and local exhibitions. To promote greater community integration.

We provide a one-stop location for visitors and Isle of Wight residents searching for information about access at places and venues around the Island. including recommendations on accommodation and links to the transport companies that serve the Isle of Wight. We also provide disability awareness training, customer advisory groups, advice on completing access statements and much more.

The provision and maintenance of Almshouses for people who are aged 55 years or above and who are in need, hardship or distress.

Protecting environment of area from Chichester Harbour to the Needles for the benefit of present and future generations

Assist local organisations by giving grants where necessary. Upkeep of buildings and land for use of local people. Provide facilities for local people and organisations to function occasional grants for the relief of suffering world with ie Tsunami relief etc.

The Emilienne Charitable Trust is a grant making charity, it's income derived solely from funds invested. Grants are made to charities and organisations which have a material affect within Hampshire, particularly those involved in education and the treatment of addiction.

The Friends of Northwood Cemetery's activities are: to promote the heritage, preservation, restoration and maintenance of Northwood Cemetery including its chapels and other standing structures; to promote and maintain the burial records of Northwood Cemetery; and to promote the conservation of the landscape, arboreta, flora and wildlife of Northwood Cemetery - all for the public benefit.
