Provide space for members of the local community tocarry out leisure activities.e.g. drama club, dog training club,fundraising events (bingo etc.) sports facilities,parties,use as a polling station

We advance the education of the public in palaeontology and geology through a programme of lectures, open days and field trips. We run fund raising events supporting projects including the acquisition of specimens, purchasing equipment for the museum which enhances the development and display of the collection and support for moves to bring the museum under the management of a charitable trust.

Making grants for appropriate Church Bell improvement projects on the Isle of Wight. Providing appropriate volunteer "manpower" and advice to church bell improvement projects on the Isle of Wight.

Village Hall. Available for hire on a session (morning, afternoon and evening) basis, for a variety of activities.

WE OFFER SUPPORT AND EDUCATION TO WOMEN IN THE ISLE OF WIGHT

The Trust was established to promote the education of the public on matters connected with the arts and sciences of garden design and history and to preserve, record, enhance and recreate for the education and enjoyment of the public whatever garden land may exist or has existed on the Isle of Wight

Providing traditional camping facilities for Boys' and Girls' Brigade groups.

The main purpose of the Womens Institute organisation is to enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life, including arts crafts & sciences, to improve & develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national & international, in music, drama & other cultural subjects & in all branches of agricultural handicrafts, home

To promote the education, including social and physical training of boys and girls in the area of Northwood and Cowes (The Ancient Parish of Northwood) on the Isle of Wight.

Sea Scout group encompassing Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts with an emphasis particularly in the Scouting section on marine based activities.

We provide financial and social support to Adult Renal patients under Wessex Kidney Care that reside on the Isle of Wight. We achieve this through fundraising and social events throughout the year and donations from patients or families. All applications are approved by the committee members prior to financial support being offered.

The Isle of Wight Duke of Edinburgh's Award Charitable Association supports young people and volunteers in successfully completing their chosen award or continual training development by the means either financial support or positive signposting to ensure a viable option is available to all.

The running of The Old School building in Niton which houses the community library and cinema.

To preserve for the public benefit land of environmental significance within the Isle of Wight.

Works alongside and provides financial resources to Newport Congregational Church

We are a member of the NFWI, we meet monthly where we discuss a range of subjects of local or national or international issues. We also provide our members with educational opportunities to learn new skills, develop friendships while taking part in a variety of activities. We hope to bring to the fore the role the woman in our modern day society through discussion/campaigning on a variety of issue

we raise monies locally in Ventnor to give back to people in the same locality to help alleviate the hardships caused by funding travelling costs to treatments, much of which entails travel to the mainland. Please note that we only operate in the Ventnor and district area

The charity runs the community library from the Old School building in Niton. All people involved in the charity are volunteers from the local area.
