ARTERY promotes the advancement of knowledge and dissemination of information concerning the pathophysiology, pharmacology, epidemiology, detection, investigation and treatment of arterial structure and function.Membership is open to anyone active in this field of haemodynamics/large artery structure & function and who usually have had experience in the field of arterial structure and physiology.

Advance the education of young persons of all faiths in such ways as the Trustees think fit, with particular regard to those who are economically or socially disadvantaged, whether in the UK or elsewhere in the world; and/or2. The Trust furthers the education, study and research into Theosophy. It supports the Copenhagen Centre for the Study of Theosophy and Esotericism at the University of Copenhagen, and post-graduate research carried out at other universities. Atrial Fibrillation Association is an international charity promoting awareness, information and support for patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and for medical professionals managing the sufferers. AFA was formed in 2007 out of an identified need to have a charity solely dedicated to redressing the issues surrounding the awareness, diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
