We run peer to peer support groups online for tongue cancer patients aged 18-64 and their supporters. The Pachamama Project is growing a network of volunteers around the world to make reusable sanitary pads for refugees and vulnerable people who experience period poverty.Our volunteers sew from home or their self-organised community groups and send their pads to their local ambassadors for quality checking. These pads are then distributed via our community-led partner organisations.

We bring ringers together, and represent them nationally and internationally, to promote public awareness of church bells and change ringing. We provide advice and assistance and information to church authorities and ringing societies. We assist in the provision, restoration and maintenance of church bells.

The Borletti-Buitoni Trust helps outstanding young musicians to develop and sustain international careers with awards that fund tailor-made projects. Since June 2019 it has also made grants to organisations internationally who make a difference to communities through music.

In this financial year the Foundation has continued to raise support from individual donors. Funds have been used in to support two principal areas of activity: grants supporting staff students and graduates connected to national student movements, to enable their participation in training events; the creation of online and printed resources to support local ministry among young professionals.
