We are a grant making charity. The primary focus of our giving is social welfare and need, including the prevention or relief of poverty. Grants are restricted to individuals and organisations with connections in or around Kent.

To preserve the heritage of Faversham and to educate the public accordingly.

Rescuing abandoned, unwanted, ill-treated and neglected animals; Rescuing sick or injured wildlife; Caring for these animals and providing veterinary care until rehomed or rehabilitated; Spaying or neutering animals in the Trust's care and providing finance for those of limited means to spay or neuter their pets; Providing education to students, institutes, clubs and groups.

BCC is a healthy, growing Church. We are a Church without walls which is active in the local community by reaching out to different sections of society with love and care. We are strongly linked into our local community in many ways, from the food distribution work of the Hope Foundation through to the Ark Pre-School and Baseline Youth group.

EBGC is an umbrella youth organisation providing activities, events, training, and support for affiliated clubs and their young people so as to enable them to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capabilities through purposeful leisure time activities so that they can have a positive influence on society.

Fosse Bank School is an independent primary school and kindergarten for girls and boys from age 2 to 11.

The North Kent Methodist Circuit consists of 18 Methodist Churches, 1 Chinese Congregation and 5 joint Congregations of Methodists/ Anglican /Baptists or URC members. The Circuit covers the North Kent areas of Dartford, Gravesham, Maidstone, Medway, Sittingbourne and Sheerness. We have a Methodist membership of 942.

Provision of almshouses for the use of poor persons of not less than 50 years of age who have connections with the Borough of Maidstone, Kent

Dandelion Time helps children struggling with the effects of trauma, abuse or neglect. Our farm setting provides a structured therapeutic sanctuary, with a wide variety of natural craft activities, where children can feel safe & valued. We work with the whole family, helping to break the cycle of abuse & to effect change. Families learn to build self-belief & create new beginnings.

We provide social activities for autistic individuals and their families. We provide support for parents and carers

The principal activities and objective of the charity is the advancement of religion by conduct of public worship and the religious instruction of person according to the tenets of the religion of Islam.

The principal aims of the charity are the support of the charitable purposes connected with the Roman Catholic religion and the charitable work of the Order. The majority of active Friars are engaged in parochial work and operate from communities located in the four parishes.

Provide support to homeless patients admitted to hospital by mentoring & advocating for homeless people during hospital stays & following discharge; define, establish & implement a model of medical respite care for homeless patients; support the Faculty of Homeless & Inclusion Health, ensure homeless people have a voice in healthcare provision and a role in co-production of Pathway's work.

The SHM Foundation works globally to bring about positive social change through projects in the areas of learning and citizenship, health, education and the arts with the aim to provide communities and individuals with the practical tools they need to develop innovative solutions. It uses knowledge from the humanities and social sciences to understand human motivation to address social challenges.

Our mission is to support children and young people in need in ways that affirm their identity and worth, champion their rights, needs and interests & promote their well-being and development. We support young people through times of difficulty and distress, enabling their voices to be heard & assisting them to achieve their potential through mentoring & befriending, advocacy & positive activities

The charity aims to relieve the poverty and the physical and mental illness and distress of women, particularly those who have suffered any legal restriction to their liberty or who have been charged or convicted of a criminal offence. Hibiscus Initiatives' undertakes welfare advice, advocacy, and international resettlement work with women in prison, detention and in the community.

As the Students' Union for Canterbury Christ Church University, we are the representative body for the students of the University, providing educational support, social and recreational activities that enhance student life and increase employability prospects and promote the interests of our members at all time. We run a community centre in South London (Southwark, Lambeth borders). We host a wide range of user groups meeting needs for many different demographic groups. Our priorities are to build community cohesion, address deprivation, embrace diversity and promote health for people in our local community.
