Group of 6 Church of England Churches within the Ashford Town area, sharing the Gospel of Christ, conducting public worship on Sundays and at various times during the week, fulfilling the support and pastoral care of the community and offering the occasional offices of Baptism, Marriage and Funeral to all who live within its bounds.

Religious Activities

Apprenticeship training and work for school leavers and adults including help for the unemployed.

The objective of the charity is to provide affordable residential accommodation for elderly people in need who have a link with Canterbury. The charity provides independent flats or cottages occupied at low rents. The accommodation is provided at St John's Hospital, Northgate, Canterbury (31 places), the other at St Nicholas' Hospital, Harbledown, Canterbury (10 places).

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR BOYS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL AND ENHANCING THEIR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Provision of a range of support, recovery and wellbeing services for people with mental health problems including community services, social activities, counselling, peer support and therapeutic groups. The charity also provides training for other agencies and helps to raise awareness and overcome the stigma and discrimination experienced by people with mental health problems.

TO ADVANCE THE CARE & EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS & THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIANS & THEIR FAMILIES WITHIN THE ISLE OF THANET, KENT, BY: PROMOTING CHILD CARE, CHILD HEALTH & DEVELOPMENT & THE EARLY EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN; & PROVIDING SERVICES WITH THE AIM OF OVERCOMING THE POSSIBLE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS OF SOCIAL DEPRIVATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT & EDUCATION OF CHILDREN.

Embark on evangelical missions and programmes with a view to winning soul for the Lord Jesus.Organise bible studies, teachings, seminars, discussions,revivals and any other programme to facilitate the study, meaning and learning of the Holy Bible.Embark upon the planting, establishment or building of churches, chapels or any other place of christian worship in any part of England.

DOVER OUTREACH CENTRE WILL OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIALLY ISOLATED GROUPS SUCH AS THE HOMELESS AND VULNERABLE TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT THE CENTRE. AS WELL AS BEING A PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO SOCIALISE THE SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE A NEEDS ASSESSMENT, LOOKING AT EACH PERSON'S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND DIRECTING THEM TO APPROPRIATE SERVICES.

Full day care nursery for 3 month to 5 years olds 8am-6pm. After school and Holiday club for 5-11 year olds.

Regular worship, pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved, teaching of Christianity, promoting the whole Church's mission, supporting other charities in UK and overseas and taking religious assemblies in schools.

THE HOSPITAL MAINTAINS 59 SELF-CONTAINED SHELTERED FLATS WITH ANCILLARY SERVICES AT LA PROVIDENCE, ROCHESTER, KENT.

1. PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO CHARITIES OPERATING IN TENTERDEN, KENT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL RESIDENTS AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE 2. PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE 3. OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE UK AND AFRICA.

Regular public worship is held, open to all. Christianity is taught through sermons, courses and groups. Christianity is promoted through the staging of events and meetings, and the distribution of literature. The whole mission of the church is promoted with the provision of activities for senior citizens, and mother and toddler groups. Support is given to other charities in the uk and overseas.

The training of postulates, novices and student friars of the order of friars minor conventual and the advancement of the religious and other charitable works carried out by or under the direction of the order.

Free to Be Kids provides respite holidays, therapeutic adventures, after-school support and a range of year round residentials for children who are struggling with social or emotional difficulties, significant social/financial disadvantage or who are growing up in marginalised communities. Without our work, many would not have support or a break from often extremely difficult home circumstances.

CROSSROADS CARE SOUTH EAST LONDON is a not for profit voluntary organisation providing a diverse range of quality community based services to carers of children/young people/ adults/older people to have a break from their caring responsibilities. The support is provided in their own home. People who wish to self fund or are in receipt of D/Payments can also purchase services from us.

Treatment & rehabilitation for patients suffering serious long term conditions (chronic pain, poor mental health, and Type 2 Diabetes) using anthroposophic therapies and work in a community setting.

The charity runs and operates a working 10 acre farm, providing school children, young people & vulnerable adults with farming experiences in order to promote education, health, well-being and an appreciation of agriculture & farming. The charity also runs Curly'd Farm Food Bank supporting 60-75 families each week. Also Curly's Caravan which offers memory making holidays to vulnerable families.
