Crossroads Care Kent supports Carers to make a life of their own outside caring, by providing quality services offering peace of mind, whilst enabling them to take time for themselves. Our services include respite care, urgent care, overnight care, counselling and cover for Carers healt appointments and volunteer support. We provide clubs and activities for Young Carers.

The charity's mission is to work for the benefit of patients and service users of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust across all its sites, and where considered appropriate, other bodies relating to the NHS in England, by enhancing services and facilities, supporting research and development and improving the working environment for staff.

City of Rochester School ( Magic UK Ltd) is a non profit making charity, offering high quality educational provision for neurodivergent young people from 5 to 18 years old in the Kent and Medway Towns. Disability Direct is a support service for disabled people. We are also an umbrella agency for smaller groups of disabled people. We are an organisation of disabled people and currently employ 14 paid staff and 35 volunteers.

Kent Music is the lead partner for the music education hub for Kent. We provide instrumental & vocal tuition, ensembles, choirs and groups for children, young people & adults, bespoke support to schools, a financial assistance scheme to support children & young people on low incomes and a musical instrument service.

Hospices of Hope works through its partner organisations in Romania and the surrounding countries to relieve the suffering of terminally ill adults and children by increasing access to palliative care. The charity encourages the hospice movement through education, innovation, advocacy. The charity doesn't work directly with its vulnerable beneficiaries, the model is to support local organizations.
