St Michael's is a small pre-school, offering sessional childcare places to children aged between two and five years old. It is open five days a week, from 9.15am to 12.15pm, during school term times. Living Lively works to improving the health, well-being and quality of life of people over 50 through participation in community singing. Living Lively was created following a Department of Health research project into the health benefits of singing and currently runs 16 singing groups with over 600 people attending each week.

The playing of cricket on an amateur basis. This includes promoting the game, coaching those wishing to play and any ancillary activities associated with these, including organising matches, managing and maintaining the facilities and equipment required, supply of umpires, scorers and others that make each game go smoothly as well as the preparation and maintenance of the wickets.

The aim of the Tonbridge & District Scout Council is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. These activities are carried out with guidance from the Scout Association.

Preservation and restoration of the historic Dunkirk veteran paddle steamer 'Medway Queen'. The hull was rebuilt with help from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the vessel returned 'home' in December 2013 to begin the next phase of restoration. The workshop and visitor centre are at Gillingham, Kent. Most expenditure appears as an investment in the value of 'heritage asset under construction'.

The Charity maintains a hostel for the residential accommodation, recreation and instruction of young people of the town of Maidstone employed within the said town or the neighbourhood thereof, and those attending a course of instruction at a recognised place of education in Maidstone.

ALMSPEOPLE SHALL HAVE RESIDED IN THE CITY OF CANTERBURY FOR NOT LESS THAN 7 YEARS AND SHALL BE PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE.
