The BRIDGES Centre is a Christian project intended to be available to serve all members of the community and build bridges between all sections of it. The core use is as a pop in centre but it is also available for such groups as schoolchildren after school, young people during the evening, people learning household and cookery skills, and arts and crafts and the appreciation of them.

C4U supports Ukrainian displaced people in the Canterbury District and East Kent. To pay half of income to PCC of Sandwich for maintenance, repair or improvement of the fabric of St Clement's Church, Sandwich, and to pay half of income to PCC of Ash for the maintenance, repair or improvement of the fabric of St Nicholas Church, Ash.

We are a grant making charity. The primary focus of our giving is social welfare and need, including the prevention or relief of poverty. Grants are restricted to individuals and organisations with connections in or around Kent.

Charity activities: - We run the London Autism Group (a support group for anyone whose lives have been influenced by autism and who resides in or near to London). - We are also commencing a podcast show about autism (first episode scheduled for October)- We plan to make grants- Provide advocacy, advice and information - Sponsor & undertake research- Conduct anti-stigma campaigns

Since 1998Advocacy First helps thousands of people from all walks of life. Our service is free and confidential We provide confidential advocacy for patients in hospital, empowering them to leave hospital to a location and way living of their choice. We bridge the gaps in service for patients and work together with other organisations in the area. We listen to clients issues and work for them.

Promotion of Kent Cricket Heritage

The Margate Bookie is a charity which inspires a love of reading and writing through the provision of annual literary festivals and creative courses.

The object of the trust is to advance the education of pupils by making grants available to the school towards the improvement of teaching and learning. This last year grants have been awarded to support the Bennett Music Academy and the DoE Award Scheme. A ?500K grant has also been set aside for a new 6th Form Centre due to be ready in Jan 2014.

The Charity's activities are achieved via various social media platforms offering regular healing days with individual prayer, silence and space, and offering appointments for prayer ministry supported by a team of trained helpers.

AS A MEMBER OF THE WORLD-WIDE SERVICE ORGANISATION, LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL, WE HAVE CONTINUED TO PURSUE OUR AIMS AND OBJECTS OF PROVIDING A SERVICE TO OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION TO GIVING THEIR TIME AND EFFORT TO HELP THOSE LESS FORTUNATE THAN THEMSELVES, CLUB MEMBERS HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES, NOTABLY OUR ANNUAL FIREWORKS DISPLAY.

The aim of The Fenner Frost Foundation is to support people with a learning disability to develop the skills required to access paid employment opportunities.They will be supported to set up a retail business. Here they will be involved in all aspects of running a shop.They will be assisted to identify and source stock, serve customers,handle money and undertake general shop duties.

St Mary's Parochial Church Council has the responsibility of co-operating with the Vicar to promote, in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic,social and ecumenical. It is responsible for the maintenance of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Leigh, the attached Genner Rooms and surrounding churchyard.
