The objects of the Charity are carried out by providing funding and resources to institutions, organisations and individuals who are carrying out charitable work in Kenya in order to assist them in their endeavours. In particular, the Charity will provide funding to "We the Change" Foundation (Kenya), a non-governmental organisation that is currently being established in Kenya.

Provision of secondary and tertiary educational scholarships for promising pupils at Mutunyi school in North Kenya together with sundry capital projects benefiting Mutunyi School such as provision of a school library, construction of a water conservation scheme and the bringing of electricity and wiring of the school buildings all in association with Lewa Educational Trust.

KWEST provides libraries, children's books, literacy resources and supported reading to children in Watamu, Kenya to children who are severely socially and economically disadvantaged. We daily take books into local schools for a dedicated literacy lesson. We also work with other local agencies to promote environmental conservation education in this area.

The India Association committee is made up of some 300 professional businessmen and women from all walks of life, who use their expertise and contacts to help raise awareness and funds for worthy causes and other charitable organisations both in the UK and abroad.

The Safari Simbaz supports underprivileged children and youths in Kenya through training them as bike mechanics, tour guides and encouraging personal fitness, discipline and motivation. The trust aims to show the multitude of uses of the bike in economic development and raises funds in the UK to supply equipment, clothing and training lessons.

We implement educational and micro-enterprise projects, and provide practical help such as school building projects, IT training in local community learning centres to address poverty and isolation. Spencer West Foundation makes grants to charities and causes nominated to it by people who work at any of the offices of international law firm Spencer West. Spencer West colleagues are required to have an established connection with the charity or cause they nominate, which connection helps ensure the grant is spent for the purpose for which it was provided.
