It also runs leadership training programmes for church leaders both in UK and overseas, and especially in East Africa and Nigeria under the Grace Bible Training Centre programmes. The charity also assists with poverty relief for orphans and widows in East Africa.

Operation Hope focuses on the advancement of the Christian religion and the relief of poverty. Main activities include evangelism and teaching events, as well as the setting up of projects to help those most in need. Currently it operates in both the UK and Kenya.

The majority of the income is spent on providing staff salaries, (which is way below the minimum required) and providing one meal a day for the approx 200 children. Any remaining will go towards replacing the existing classrooms - it is hoped to raise £200k for a two storey 8 classroom block.Designated funds are sent for poverty relief and supporting children in Romania.

The purpose of Stone Outward Mombasa Project (Friends of Kididima) is to support a school in Mtwapa, Mombasa, Kenya. The aim of the Friends of Kididima is to facilitate the education and care for 150 - 200 very poor and needy children from the age of three years. Many of the children are from destitute families and some are orphaned.
