Beyond The Margin provides essential community and school-based support services to children. They also support disadvantaged and marginalised people by delivering community-based interventions that enhance skills, improve wellbeing and raise aspirations.

Rastrick Junior FC provides facilities for children and young people to play football for the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation. We provide training facilities for young people, aged 6 to 18 years of age and participate in the Huddersfield Junior Football League Our emphasis is on children and young people having fun in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

Manage habitats for the benefit of wildlife,people,heritage/landscape.Encourage access to open green space/wider countryside.Deliver environmental/education/interpretation to local schools/wider population.Provide support, advice, training & supervision to volunteers, trainees & community groups in countryside management/ conservations skills by working on real local environmental projects.

The Christian Africa Relief Trust is a charity which provides goods to the people of Africa, free of charge, in order to make a positive difference to their lives. The goods are distributed regardless of caste or creed. We also sponsor and encourage self-help and developmental projects in education, medicine, agriculture and vocational training.

Our principal activity is the holding of public meetings for worship according to Quaker tradition in the constituent local meetings of Bradford, Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Huddersfield and Scholes

Kirklees Youth Alliance (KYA) is a community youth work infrastructure support organisation operating in the metropolitan Council area of Kirklees in West Yorkshire. KYA's vision is "A vibrant community youth sector across Kirklees".Services are provided to member organisations including advice and guidance, training, networking opportunities and project and programme development.

Provide quality care and support that is culturally sensitive and promotes independence,dignity and choice for frail older people and their carers.We provide a comprehensive range of of high quality serices such as transport to and from the centre,regular outings,exercise and health awareness sessions. Our activities are geared in a way that they provide physical and mental stimulation.

The charity was established to provide facilities for the community of Meltham. In 2003 a new purpose build sports and commnuity centre was completed and since that date the trustess have managed the facility on behalf of the Meltham Community. Plans are being developed to extend both the existing centre and also to increase and improve the existing sports pitches in the area.

The charities activities are to provide for Denby Dale and the surrounding neighbourhood premises for meetings, lectures, classes and other recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

The Crossroads Shop sells donated clothing, books and household goods at low affordable prices as a service to our community. The Crossroads Centre provides rentfree accommodation for recognised agencies to give free advice and information at weekly outreach sessions. Grants are distributed quarterly to local organisations and any individuals working to help others.
