Provides resources to support the educational, physical and spiritual development of the young people in the village.

The objects of the Charity is to advance the education of pupils in The School.

We have provided support and instruction to all members who have, or have had breast, cancer by teaching them fly fishing to promote healing post operations. We now have groups in, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Avon, Pennines, Dorset and Gloucestershire.

This is an Ecclesiastical charity responsible for running a church hall in Ribbleton, Preston.

To supply and maintain the village hall and surrounding playing fields for the use of the inhabitants of the village and surrounding areas, with no distinction of Political, Religious, Disabilities or Others. Including the use for meetings, lectures and various classes for the forms of education and well being and to improve the life of the said inhabitants.

The group meets monthly to offer support and advise to people with cerebral palsy.

The relief of persons over the age of 18 with learning and/or physical difficulties through the promotion and provision of supported accommodation.The promotion and provision of education and training facilities for persons over the age of 18 with learning and/or physical disabilities that will lead to self reliance and independent living.

The charity was established in 1993 and supports Girlguiding units in Morecambe, Heysham , Slyne with Hest, Bolton le Sands, Carnforth, Nether Kellet, Warton and Silverdale,Lancashire. The division jointly owns, with Lancaster & Garstang division (Reg Charity No 1031360), Silver Sapling campsite, Silverdale as a facility available to all Units within the division and the wider area.

Restore the Hermitage Field at the Crook O' Lune (LA2 9HU) into a species rich traditional hay meadow for the benefit of the Public and biodiversity. Raise Public awareness of wildflower meadows, educate and equip the Community with the knowledge and skills to create, enhance, manage and enjoy wildflower meadows. Work with local community groups, farmers and local contractors to execute the work.

Advancing the education of the inhabitants of the parish of Over Wyresdale Lancashire

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: developing effective relationships between the staff parents and others associated with the school: engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. We have purchased an outdoor gym and are now fundraising for a new rugby kit and pop-up sensory tent.

Raises money on behalf of the school by organising Fetes/Disco's on other events

To educate the public about any aspects of natural history. To protect fauna and flora and to preserve important wildlife habitats for the benefit of the public. To arrange regular indoor and outdoor meetings. To act jointly with other organisations having similar charitable purposes. To collect and collate natural history records. To do all other lawful things for the attainment of our objects.

Activities, meetings, issue of publications and film

The organisation encourages people to play a musical instrument and to be part of an orchestra/wind band. Membership is open to all with no restriction on age or ability and instruments are available to loan to members.Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings during term time at Nelson Little Marsden Parish Centre from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm and public performances take place throughout the area.

General fundraising e.g.Quiz night, lunches and raffles; Grants made for charitable purposes including to registered charities.
