Lancaster Churches Together encourages churches in our area to worship, pray and reflect together, each church sharing with the others the treasures of its tradition. Whilst the area of operation states Lancashire, the charity only covers the area of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and works in conjunction with John Sykes Dewhurst bequest (224133) to relieve persons resident in the area of benefit who are in need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for goods, services or facilities.

We meet monthly when we enjoy speakers on interesting subjects.We have group walks, trips out to interesting places. We work towards the women's Institute goal: To create a world where women come together to learn, share skills and work together to become active citizens, influencing change to improve lives in their local, national and global communities.
