Chorley FC Community Foundation exists to create and promote health and well being projects which are accessible and affordable for the people of Chorley and its surrounding areas.

Our aim is to introduce, make and grow disciples of Jesus Christ. This is done through services of worship and prayer. We also provide various midweek housegroups, youth and children's activities, support, sports and social events for the church & the local community. We also seek to support individuals and organisations with similar aims in the UK & overseas.

Advancing the Christian religion by providing support and encouragement to Christian ministries with an interest in discipling and healing

We have 3 projects - JNR8, for under 12's ;-holiday playscheme activities, weekly cookery and craft activities. - WHIZ ,for over 13's,group work e.g. gang awareness, cookery, life skills, girls night,holiday activities. -Celebrate, schools workshops, festival day.;volunteering, community information and networking, intergenerational activities, e.g.arts crafts, information and music.

The charity has carried out the following activities during the year to achieve its objectives:1. Hire of the community centre for community, educational and recreational activities.2. Operation of a coffee shop within the centre. 3. Holding of fundraising events for the benefit of the community.

Providing support to access Direct Payments for disabled people to employthier own staff to provide personal care.Provide information and advice to manage funds.

Early Years Education

We are a local church serving the local community. We seek to spread the good news of the gospel in this area and to support individuals and other Christian organizations in different parts of the world

Disability First are a Blackpool based charity funded organisation that works across Lancashire & Cumbria. We offer information, advice and support services to anyone living with or caring for someone with a disability.

Retired Greyhounds South Lakes finds permanent retirement homes for ex racing greyhounds.

Encourages and facilitates on going education and activity for retired and semi retired individuals.

To support individual worthy causes within the employees and family where possible whilst staying close to our committee guidelines.

To provide efficient search and rescue services, primarily but not exclusively on mountains and fells, for the benefit of any person or persons in need of such services and also promote public safety in this subject by whatever charitable means the Executive Committee think fit.

The charity is committed to promoting the Christian message and Christian principles to all ages both locally, nationally and internationally through recognised individuals and organisations.

Space2Create is a Kendal based Charity using all forms creative activity to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals suffering or recovering from a range of long term mental and physical health conditions. We work in social setting to improve well-being in the local community. We also exhibit, attend shows, raising awareness, provide space and resources, and challenging stigma.
