The Raft Foundation is a crisis support foodbank providing individuals and families in Rossendale:- parcels of food for 3 meals a day x 7 days per person- essential household goods, e.g. nappies, toiletries- signposting to support with their causes of povertyWe deliver 3 days per week, every week, with the other days spent sourcing, collecting, sorting and packing donated food.

We provide support and activities for children and young people with autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, sensory processing disorders, and other neurodiverse conditions. The organisation aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment for its members, offering activities such as multi-sports, rebound therapy, indoor climbing, and social skill-building sessions.

Providing low cost childcare for families with children aged 2 to 5 years old.

To advance the education of the public in the history and development of Merseyside area road transport and to preserve, for the benefit of the public, historic or potentially historic road passenger transport vehicles,equipment and other associated items from the same area

The provision of facilities for Christian Worship and fellowship.To share Faith and Understanding of Christianity.To provide outreach services for the local community.To provide rooms for smaller charitable organisations to use for their own purposes.

St Cuthbert's Church is a Church of England church but is open to all people of any faith or none. Our mission is to share the gospel of Christ and to serve His people in spiritual and practical ways.Our Community Hall is used extensively by local people for social events and support groups.We actively support other charities through donations of money and gifts appropriate to their need.

The key objectives of the charity are to provide financial assistance for the education and training of persons under the age of 25 years resident within the districts forming the area of benefit of the charity, and in the application of income for the relief of persons in need, hardship or distress similarly resident within the said districts - qualifying.

a. The advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith and the Church Rules, primarily but not exclusively within Shaw , Oldham and the surrounding neighbourhood; andb. Such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the members of the church in general meeting further the work of the Church.

Presentation of Musical Shows

The club offers youth group activities to seniors (12-18) and juniors (8-11 Years), these activities are educational and recreational. A group of volunteers and paid staff run these groups.WA12Radio station now belongs to Newton Boys and Girls Club. A community radio used by the local community for the community. We broadcast online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

To provide a village hall or other community building and associated open space for the benefit of all the residents of Ellel Parish, Lancashire, and the surrounding area.

Curry on the Street aims to relieve poverty, promote good nutrition and reduce social isolation amongst those in our community who are suffering social, economical or emotional distress by the provision of emergency food parcels (referral process), warm clothing and by serving nutritious curry and rice weekly in the town centre of Nelson and inside premises in Burnley and Colne, Lancashire.

Function room open to public hire for parties, wellbeing classes and community meetings and activities. Toilet facilities included. Community cinema and cinema for hire. Pop up charity coffee days.

A unit of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets.

Promoting for the benefit of the public the conservation protection and improvement of the physical and natural enviroment. Educating children adults on how we can improve our own physical and mental wellbeing by being in the outside world. Blackburns Farm educates people of all ages on how they can improved BNG, whilst also improving their own mental health and wellbeing.

The main aim of the Barton Road Centre CIO is to address and improve the health and wellbeing of people (primarily) in South Lancaster; to promote and develop intergenerational relations and generally to support our aging local people to live independently in our community for as long as they are able.
