We provide Powerchair football for both males and females of all ages, in the Lancashire area. Our players have a multitude of varying disabilities, but are all wheelchair users. We provide this service to help to break down barriers and to promote inclusion.

To promote the education of persons under the age of 25 who were born in, or are inhabitants of Rossendale and to provide relief to those inhabitants of Rossendale who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

TO GENERATE FUNDS TO PROVIDE A FREE BONFIRE AND FIREWORK DISPLAY FOR THE ENTIRE VILLAGE AND SURROUNDING AREA, AND TO PROVIDE A CHRISTMAS TREE AND CRIB FOR DISPLAY IN THE CENTRE OF THE VILLAGE. THE LIGHTING OF THE CHRISTMAS TREE IS AT AN OPEN AIR CAROL SERVICE WITH MUSIC PROVIDED BY LOCAL MUSICIANS AND SCHOOLS. THERE IS A VISIT FROM FATHER CHRISTMAS WHERE EACH CHILD IS GIVEN A SMALL GIFT.

The aim of the Trust is to assist persons in want . Small grants are available to those living within post codes: BLO, BL8 or the following parts of BL9:- BL95, BL96, BL97 or BL90.

We raise money to enhance school life by funding special projects and purchasing items for children at St Mary School Mellor.

Promotion of life better lifestyle for women

Education of the public by promotion, support, assistance and improvement of the City of Salford Museums in co-operation with management and staff. This has included a project to mark the centenary of WW I, assisted by a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund, projects to further develop the gardens at Ordsall Hall as a heritage resource and supporting local heritage magazine The Salford Link.

Makes grants to organisations in Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire

The organisation of social, sporting, artistic, musical and environmental activities to further the deveopment of the education, health and well being of the pupils of the school. We raise funds from our own activities and act as a vehicle to attract grant funding which can be used by the school.

The objectives of the group shall be to educate the public in the arts and sciences and in particular the art and science of music by the promotion primarily of the works of Gilbert & Sullivan in concert and operatic form. To assist in raising funds for charitable purposes.
