This is a group of parents who run fun activities in school for the children and families of the school, raising money for future events and trips and activities above and beyond the school budget. Without these events to raise funds our children would miss out on opportunities for growth and fun.

Provision of Prosthetics, aids and other specialised technologies, provision of rehabilitation, specialist support, consultation and research, provision of education to raise awareness of disability and the benefits of prosthetics.Assisting those new to prosthetics to return to sport and as such improve their overall health & wellbeingRaising awareness to the benefits of sport for disability

Weekly winter lectures on natural history and bird-watching, workshops re education, information and local studies of natural history topics such as moth trapping, fungi and bat detection and field trips throughout the year. Aim is to provide social, recreational and educational activities and liaison with groups local and national with similar interests to share information.

Our main fundraising activity is our annual Variety Show produced in Manchester. Talent from across the community come together to produce an inspiring evening for ladies. The funds raised are sent directly to Israel to help teenage boys from neglected and impoverished homes with educational, financial and emotional support.

Raising money for the school to enhance opportunities for it's pupils. Fundraising Events include whole school activities; mufti days, skipathons and discos and public events held at school and our local community centre include; Summer Fairs, Charity Ladies Nights, Bingo and Raffles.

THE TRUSTEES HOLD IN TRUST AN "OPEN SPACE" KNOWN AS "WITHNELL FOLD MILLENIUM GREEN TRUST" FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS AND TO BE USED FOREVER AS OUR AREA FOR INFORMAL RECREATION, PLAY OR OTHER LEISURE TIME, A MEETING PLACE OR PLACE FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS.

The Lantern Project provides counselling, support and information for victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence, racial abuse and bullying.
