The club promotes participation in rugby league through the provision of facilities, equipment and coaching. The club operates a number of rugby league teams at different age groups which take part in both competitive and non-competitive structures affiliated to the national governing body of the sport - the Rugby Football League.

Our sole objective as a group is to provide riding facilities for disabled children and adults so thatthey may benefit in their health, wellbeing and enjoyment of life.

The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit among people who are refugees and asylum seekers who are socially excluded on the grounds of their social and economic position, by providing:(1) education and training in the English language and in vocational skills;(2) social and recreational facilities and events involving the local community.

The PTA raises money for the Horsforth Newlaithes Primary school to enhance the learning environment for all students. We run numerous fundraising events throughout the year from initiatives like grow a pound, uniform sales, school discos and fairs at Christmas and in the summer.

The care and maintenance of the 6 terraced houses, as bequested by Martha Walker.

The Charity exists to provide four almshouses for poor persons of good character resident in the Parish of Leathley

The charity provides accommodation for elderly spinsters of Horsforth.

The charity: 1. Arranges public meetings, including lectures and events. 2. Makes grants to individuals and organisations to support research, publications, education and related activities, in Leeds and its local area.

The Wharfedale foundation is a grant awarding trust which was established in March 2009.

ARTS for BRIGHOUSE is a charity aiming to promote public appreciation of the arts to the residents & visitors of Brighouse, West Yorkshire on a not-for-profit basis. Our charity's objectives are unique in the catchment area; developing and providing opportunities, residencies, volunteer roles and paid performances to artists in all aspects of the performing and visual arts

The Band and Ensemble groups provide music for various events, inc.charity/community/church/private. The band owns some instruments providing opportunity for education and training within the local community.

The charity has a policy of only giving grants to people, under the age of 25 years, who are resident in the civil parish of Clifford in West Yorkshire.
