We are a non profit, foster based small animal rescue. Our aim is to help small animals in need in and around Keighley.

BAT CONSERVATION. RESEARCH. EDUCATION. MANAGEMENT OF BAT RECORDS DATABASE AND OPERATION OF SERVICE TO SUPPLY RECORDS. TRAINING. BAT CARE AND REHABILITATION. CARRYING OUT SURVEYS. PROVISION OF ADVICE. OPERATION OF GRANT SCHEME.

Two Almshouses used for the residence of those who qualify under the trust deeds, with priority being given to residents of Kirkstall, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The purpose of the Trust is the advancement of learning and knowledge by the study of the nature of peace and the methods by which peace can be developed. It does this by the financing of research, teaching and enabling the study of peace studies at the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford

The objects of the trust are to promote for the benefit of the nation the preservation of public transport vehicles and items of allied transport interest which are of historical and educational value.

The Trust usually supports 3 pupils at schools in the UK. Candidates should have a proven track record, e.g. good GCSEs or equivalent, and are normally assisted with a proportion of school fees for 2 years, leading to A Levels or equivalent university entrance qualifications. Applications are only accepted from schools which have awarded a bursary of at least 25% of the fees.

Provide various recreational facilities for the Meanwood community and premises to hold various functions, tasks etc (capacity 40 to 60 people). Provide biannual events for our senior citizens, comprising afternoon tea and entertainment and transport. Provide monies to deserving individuals ie missionary and to other charities as sanctioned by the committee.

We have social meetings every Thursday evening at Chickenley Community Centre, Chickenley, Dewsbury from 6pm to 8.30pm and swimming sessions every Tuesday at Batley Baths from 7 - 8pm. We arrange outings and have an annual outing to various places within a suitable travel distance with a meal afterwards. We hold events during the year as well as Xmas parties and Birthday parites.

Providing people of Ilkley and surrounding area access to high quality, thought provoking and spirit-enhancing art, in particular by facilitating community engagement activities such as workshops, masterclasses, art walks, award projects, exhibitions, curator development and commissioning public art.

The activities of the Charity are, for the public benefit, the advancement of the Christian Faith in Leeds in accordance with the Statement of Faith and such other parts of the United Kingdom and the world as the Charity Trustees may from time to time decide.

Fundraising for the benefit of Shadwell Primary School

Thorner Parish Centre is an inclusive venue where activities include a Mums and Tots group, dance school, meetings, parties, exhibitions, art group, youth club and community choir to promote social, physical and mental well being.A successful cafe type Drop-By Social began in March 2011. Since 2013 the roof, insulations and all windows were replace following extensive fund raising activities.

Raising money for school funds including Summer and Christmas Fairs and numerous other activities.

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:- Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school to enhance the school community- Engaging in activities to raise funds to provide facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils

Responsible for the running and upkeep of the Leeds community Mikvah. Aims to train educators. Encourage new users.

Training the group in all aspects of being a majorette so all members can perform in public at fetes and carnivals, compete individually and as a group in competitions and take twirling badges.

Scouting jn accordance wth Scout Association Policy Organisation and Rules

School PTA run by parents who organize fundraising activities for the school only. Activities include Summer Fayres/movie night/School discos/dressdown days/bingo night/Xmas shopping evening and various other related events.

A Trust Fund associated with a Rotary International Club raising funds to help local individuals and organisations to achieve their ambitions and better fulfil their potential, to assist those in need or suffering hardship and to undertake charitable purposes for the public benefit both in the UK and internationally.

Leeds Vocal Movement is an un-auditioned choir for 18-35 year olds in Leeds City Centre.

WE ENGAGE IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES AND GENERAL COUNSELLING. RELIEVING POVERTY BY PROVIDING ADVICE ON SEEKING EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION/TRAINING, DEBT, AND OTHER FINANCE-RELATED ISSUES. To promote, advance and integrate Bengali Hindu culture in the multicultural society. Preserving identity of origin and culture and working towatds community cohesion is the prime oblectives of Bangladesh Hindu Association (UK).

Musical ARC is a unique ensemble of physically and sensory disabled and non-disabled musicians, who support disabled artists to be creative and to challenge notions of disability through professional performances and workshops. We create new, innovative and affective music and collaborate with other art forms such as dance, drama and story-telling, performing in various venues and settings.

During the year we have been fundraising to help provide much needed equipment for the School children including IT resources, music and outdoor equipment. We have held a disco, produced personalised tea towels, held an Easter egg raffles and put on a summer and Christmas fair.
