The charity's objects are to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the City of Leicester, County of Leicestershire, and County of Rutland, and to promote and organise co-operation in the achievement of this purpose.

DSU aims are to advance the education of the students of DMU for the public benefit by:Providing representation, advice and assistance Providing sporting, social, cultural and recreational opportunities and facilities Promoting and encouraging contact and co-operation between students;Advancing the welfare and physical and mental wellbeing of students;

Park Lodge Project aims to:Reduce homelessness, repeat homelessness and risks of homelessness within the city, including offering advice, guidance and support.Offer safe and nurturing accommodation, providing a stable living experience to those in need, primarily young people.Support clients to develop positive relationships and gain life skills to live independently and maintain tenancies.

Charity Link administers grants on behalf of other charities for individuals in need in Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire. People suffering poverty or hardship are referred to us for help. We seek out and apply to other charities on service users' behalf and distribute any grants raised. We also provide administration services to other grant making charities.

THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BYPROVIDING AND MANAGING ACCOMMODATION AND RELATED SERVICES FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS,THEIR STUDENTS AND OTHER PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. THE COMPANY CURRENTLY OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY IN THE LEICESTER AREA

We promote animal welfare and allieviate unnecessary suffering through education and support. Woodside Animal Centre is also an active force in achieving responsible pet ownership and responsible attitudes to all animals. We rehome (or return to the wild) and rehabilitate (where possible) animals bought to the centre.

Chroma Church is a Christian Church made up of people from many walks of life, committed to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ in the context of contemporary society. We hold regular Sunday and weekday meetings and activities, occasional training events and are involved in a range of activities for the benefit of people who belong to the Church and the wider local community.

The Charity's objects are to promote any charitable purpose for the public benefit by the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress in particular, but without limitation, for the benefit of the community in Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

To advance the Christian faith, to relieve sickness and financial hardship, and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods and services of any kind including through the provision of counselling, in such parts of the UK and the world as the Trustees see fit. To love God, love people and love His mission.

Adoption services including family finding and post adoption support, supporting children and young people who need emotional support following family change, including bereavement (Spiral), domestic abuse, parental separation, safeguarding consultancy and training.

THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS TRUST IS ESTABLISHED IS THE FURTHERANCE OF THE EDUCATION OF ALL PUPILS IN ATTENDANCE AT THE LEICESTER ISLAMIC ACADEMY AND OTHER SUCH SCHOOLS ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED FOR THIS PURPOSE AND INCLUDING THERE AT THE PROMOTION OF THE TEACHING OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM ACCORDING TO THE QURAN AND THE TEACHINGS OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMED (PEACE BE UPON HIM)

Provide the highest level of care in our kennels and cattery to re-home unwanted, abandoned, stray, lost or neglected pets in loving, responsible homes. Provide educational events and activities to inform adults and children in responsible pet ownership and care. Provide a support scheme to help local vulnerable pet owners with care for their companion animals to prevent loneliness and isolation.

Provision of services to older or disadvantaged people in their homes. Providing personal care, cleaning, shopping, foot care, well being and other essential services that enables them to remain independent and living in the community. Provision of care in Extra Care Developments.

The charity promotes the Sikh religion through operating a temple of worship and a Punjabi supplementary school which teaches about Sikh history and religion and teaches the Punjabi language.

General charitable purposes, religious activities, sport/recreation, chidren/young people, elderly/old people,provides human resources, buildings/facilities/open space

Upbeat Communities aims to relieve the charitable needs of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in particular those coming to the United Kingdom and to promote racial harmony for the public benefit. This is achieved by practical help, advice and education delivered directly to meet individual needs. This work is currently carried out in the Counties of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
