Owns the freehold of the village hall and adjacent recreation ground in Foxton, Leicestershire.It maintains them for operational use. Provides loans and grants as permitted.

The company's principal aim is to enrich the cultural life of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland by bringing to those localities established musicians of international, national and local standing to make music in a variety of contexts, and to broaden interests, understanding and audience base through educational and outreach programmes via Annual Music Festival and Lunchtime Concerts.

The trustees meet twice a year usually in May (the AGM) and November and issues grants for educational purposes, the relief or distress of the poor, and to support and improve and conditions of life to individuals or groups within the Shepshed/Hathern boundaries. The chair, treasurer and secretary are appointed annually at the AGM

Working with and training young people between ages of 9 years and 18 years in areas such as canoeing, power boating, pulling, cooking, communications, shooting, drill and giving them the opportunity to go to sea in both powered vessels and sailing ships.

The advancement of education for the public benefit by the provision of a volunteer run lending library and other facilities for education including access to the computers and the internet. The advancement of arts and culture by the provision of events, activities and workshops at the Library premises

There are application forms for Clients to complete and this will come to Living Keys and we will be in touch with dates etc for the courses. We also provide emotional support and have a weekly drop in service.

Provision of subsidised housing / accommodation for widows, spinsters and divorcees aged 45 or over, in Leicester & Leicestershire

PLACE OF WORSHIP

To build, equip, endow & maintain dwelling houses for disabled or otherwise afflicted Leicestershire veterans of the Armed Forces, Merchant Navy and Civil Defence forces of The Crown, their families and dependents.
