Provide a facility for the local communities. The hall is hired out to various groups including Puppy Club, Marshall Arts Club and Spiritual Group. At weekends the hall is hired out for private parties, wedding receptions & childrens birthday parties. The hall is also used by the Parish Council for their meetings and local volunteering groups.

The Village Hall committee hold a number of fund raising events throughout the year.

East Goscote Scout Group is part of the national Scout Association that actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Scouting

Scouts take part in activities that contribute to the community and improve life chances. The selection of activities and experiences is based around three main themes: outdoor and adventure, world and skills. Our sections have use of a designated facility which is also used by the local Guide Unit.

Our PSFA works alongside parents, carers, staff and the local community to raise funds to enhance the experience of children attending the school. We do this by running various different fundraising event such as mothers/fathers day sales, fetes and car boots.

We provide a village hall for use by residents and surrounding villages.

Coffee mornings are conducted to create an environment where people feel confident to discuss, share experiences and problems to find healing, forgiveness and moving on as Jesus Christ did to those who cruxified him.
