Holds fundraisers raising funds for Market Harborough Church of England Primary School

Wenlo RDA is based at Normanton-on-Soar and offers disabled children and adults the opportunity to ride and look after horses to help their health, confidence and self-esteem.

Working with teachers and parents of the children of Stonebow School to raise funds to improve the education of children at the school.

Promote and perform choral singing

Distribution of books, videos, cd's of worship programmes. Meetings and religious worship held at local sikh temples and houses.

THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTH RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING THE GAME OF CRICKET AND OTHER SPORTS FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 21 AND UNDER THROUGH CRICKET RELATED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BEING COACHED TO PLAY, SCORE, UMPIRE AND PREPARE AND MAINTAIN PLAYING AREA.

To advance education and in particular the education of people not in full time gainful employment who are in their third age being the period of time after childhood dependence and the second age of full time employment and/or parental responsbility

Fundraising for the school.

Communicate with staff, beneficiaries & trustees of the organisations we are seeking to work with to identify needs.We will meet these needs issuing grants&providing voluntary services including: listening to the voice of the child research projects; psychological therapies; sports coaching; Summer Camps; training&education.

BEAVERS, CUBS AND SCOUTS ORGANISATION

We provide and maintain a village hall in the small rural village of Great Dalby in Leicestershire, that offers a range of facilities to support community activities. Examples include a pre-school using the hall 5 days a week, a range of local clubs, that has reduced since coronavirus but includes table tennis and Yoga, as well hire for local functions and parking for the local school.

The Village Hall Committee continue to provide an excellent facility for the Communities of Hoby, Rotherby, Brooksby and Ragdale. In 2019 the use of the Hall continued to be good. The Committee were also thanked for looking after the Hall during the pandemic in 2020 and were thanked for arranging the in person AGM in October so carefully in the Village Hall

Herrick Playgroup provides affordable childcare in the form of a playgroup for under 5s and we also have wraparound care for nursery age children. We also run a playscheme for 4 weeks in summer and a Breakfast and After School Club for 4-11 year olds of Herrick Primary School, on whose grounds we operate from a purpose built mobile.

Running of Marston Trussell Village Hall for the benefit of the residents of this village and surrounding area, plus fundraising for the village hall and other village assets.

Provision of a hall in which the inhabitants of Prestwold, Hoton and Cotes can meet for the purposes of social recreation.

Provision of scouting activities for young people between the ages of 6 and 15

Our Group gives riding sessions to children and adults with impairments and/or health conditions from Monday to Friday during term time. We hire the ponies and horses from the riding school where we are based and we also use our mechanical horse called Jet. Riding and interacting with horses helps to build confidence, benefits health and can give a wonderful sense of achievement and independence.

We provide a community hall-multipurpose sports facilities-also outdoor multipurpose all weather court and childrens play area-to be used by any sect, creed, race or religion for the benefit of the inhabitants of Tugby and all others users including disabled.

SCOUTING ACTIVITIES

Provision of village hall facilities for local & wider community use.

To raise funds for donation to Kirby Muxloe Primary School, Leicesterhire either for direct requests by the school or one off projects agreed by the charity Trustess. Other donations may be given to other charities at the discretion of the charity Trustees

The advancement of education and, in particular, the education of older people and those who are retired from full time work by all means, including associated activities conducive to learning and personal development.

The prevention of and relief of poverty in Malawi. To provide education to children in Malawi.

Scouting for boys and girls - aged 6 to 14 indoor and outdoor activities for the local area.
