Run a leadership programme for young people which facilitates self development and encourages the concept of service to others and country. We promote links with similar programmes in Africa, and organisations and institutions in the UK and other western countries.

Purpose of the charity is to raise money for Swinford Church of England Primary School. Money raised is to be used to the advantage of pupils e.g. equipment, resources, trips.

We teach disabled people to ride.

The Audio Magazine produces monthly a CD containing news, talks, interviews, & reports on local topics for local people who either have a visual impairment, restricted mobilty, or older people who wish to stay in touch with their local community. This service is free-of-charge.

To provide grants to churches in the Diocese of Leicester for the purpose of maintaining and improving their bell installations.

the Charity expends one third of its income in promoting the religious education of persons under the age of 25 in the area of benefit in accordance with the principles of the Church of England. The remaining two thirds is used to promote the education including music and the arts through awarding financial assistance.

Upkeep of the village hall to provide a village amenity for local social activities and hire.

The Leicestershire Neurological Trust provides funds for individuals within the university hospitals of Leicester to pursue individual educational and research activity in the area of neurological disease. It also funds equipment to enable individuals to pursue these activities.

Provide door to door transport with a Mini-bus for Local disabled/mobility impaired individuals of an organised group for shopping/social outings/enterainment and leisure purposes.

To promote conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment in the New Walk conservation area in the city of Leicester.

Raising money for maintenance and improvements to our community facility. Letting to other groups in our community for their fundraising efforts and other regional charitable groups.

TO PROMOTE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN THE VILLAGE OF iBSTOCK AND THE SUROUNDING AREA

Social club to meet others affected by stroke. Trips & meals out, guest speakers, cards, dominoes & bingo etc.

We all want our chil?dren to have a good edu?ca?tion and the?PTA?aims to help by pro?vid?ing addi?tional items that can?not be afforded within the nor?mal school budget. We raised funds, which can be spent on equip?ment and resources to enhance the chil?drens? edu?ca?tion and facil?i?ties at the school. Past events include Christ?mas and Summer Fayres, Fash?ion Shows and discos.

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: (1) Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents & others associated with the school. (2) Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which supports the school.
