We determine the diversity and location of Derbyshire's bats. We provide information to the public about bats, their conservation and protected status by leading bat walks, giving talks and running workshops on behalf of schools and other community groups and organisations. We work with statutory organisations such as NE and BCT to provide assistance to householders over bat related issues.

The object of the Friends is the education of the public by the promotion, support, assistance and improvement of Grace Dieu Priory Ruins, Site and Woods in co-operation with Grace Dieu Priory Trust. We offer guided walks and talks to interested groups. Our fund raising activities enable us to maintain the site and improve its interpretation.

Fund raising activities for Kibworth Primary School

The provision of scholarships to choristers (both boys and girls) admitted into Leicester Cathedral Choir, so as to help towards maintaining a high standard of music.

To provide woodland amenity for the public to enjoy by way of walking through designated rides throughout the 16 acres .Picnic tables have been provided at suitable locations .

Fundraising activities for the benefit of the pupils of Westfield Infant School, Hinckley.

To provide support and complementary therapies primarily to those people experiencing cancer within Northamptonshire. To maintain appropriate records of clients receiving support and assessment. To recruit, support and supervise complementary therapists. To liaise, network and promote the Charity. To fundraise in order to financially support the Charity.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:1) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;2) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

Fund raising to benefit the school and the children

We, the Friends of Sketchley Hill Menphys Nursery school are a group of friends, parents and staff who raise money to benefit the children and families at Nursery.We organised fun, fundraising events and recieve many donations. We fund equipment from large projects to small toys, trips and family events to enhance the learning experience for the children.

School Fundraising Fairs & Events; Sponsorships events.

Our volunteers, who are all members of local churches, patrol the town centre on Saturday nights from 10.30 pm until 3.30 am to care, listen and help anyone who is out in the town. We pick up bottles and give out flip flops and lollipops. We work in partnership with the police and local authority. We aim to provide a friendly face on the streets and to give assistance where we can.

The trusts meets twice yearly, usually in May (also the AGM) and November and currently comprises six trustees including a chair person and a treasurer. Grants are awarded in accordance with the Trust deed to anyone under the age of 25 living in the Shepshed and Belton boundaries and are for education and the general promotion and encouragement of education

Anstey Town Charity exists to help Anstey based groups and sometimes individuals - often 6th form students. Applicants and grantees include children/youth groups, sports teams, voluntary groups, churches/chapels, playgroups, drama society and the village gala. We advertise for applicants by 31/1 and meet in March to allocate grants shortly afterwards.

Research into local history of the village, resulting in an annual exhibition. Educational forum for local schools and other voluntary groups.Run educational events for the village related to local and national history.

TO PROMOTE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN THE VILLAGE OF iBSTOCK AND THE SUROUNDING AREA

The management of the Buckminster Village Hall including the hire of it to raise funds to maintain the building and cover the costs of running it.

Provision of grants for religious education in the parish of Kibworth, Leics

We provide and maintain the Village Hall as a community venue for the village of South Croxton

The income of the charity is applied to furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the ecclesiastical parish of St Peters Belgrave in the Diocese of Leicester.
