The principal activity of the company is to advance education for the public benefit through the promotion of the arts with reference to dramatic, literary, musical and visual arts.

Our vision is to give young children in our community the best life chances possible. We help families support their children during the early years by providing a range of activities in our local community.We provide a safe, happy and positive place where children can come with their families to spend quality learning and fun time together.

Action Family Centre provides supplementary education and community language for children and young people age 5-17 year in Lewisham of South East London.Our current activities include consulting with local families to ascertain their support needs and developing a network of parents who come together to share experiences and provide mutual support.

Since the charity's capital and income are small, its current activity is necessarily limited. It is hoped that in due course the charity will be able to merge with a larger charity whose activities coordinate with those of the present charity

Christ Family Church undertakes services via worship, prayer and studying the word of God to gain a greater understanding and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Its purpose is to preach and teach the word of God to the community and provide wide ranges of activities via projects and pastoral care to enhance the advancement of Christianity religion for the people living within the community.

We have employed a nutritionist who has worked with the local Children's Services, the PreSchool Learning Alliance, schools, Downham Elderly Health and others to deliver education in nutrition and promote healthy eating.

We operate a day centre for the those in need which also includes food parcels. We help to rehabilitate ex-offenders. We provide training and education to support young people. We arrange awareness events in the community's we serve.

Lewisham Pensioners' Gazette Ltd., creates, prints and distributes a free quarterly newpaper for pensioners in the London Borough of Lewisham and neighbouring areas. We organise events to discuss pensioners' concerns and attend other events where these are also aired. All our trustees and volunteers are at or near retirement and we provide regular meetings and ongoing training for our members.

Strengthening and Empowering People was St Edward's Development Project (STEP) is a fully independent community organisation, addressing social isolation and loneliness via community activities for all ages including amongst parents at our toddler group, through inter-generational activities and events. It was part of St Edward's Church Mottingham but has now parted from that partnership.
