The charity's aim is to help and educate young people to develop their physical, mental, moral and spiritual activities and capacities. Three principal activities to achieve this are: The provision of residential and day retreat experiences at the Briars Catholic Youth Retreat Centre. The provision of an outreach ministry. In addition the charity seeks to re home as many homeless animals as possible within the Mid Lincolnshire area. The charity is also committed to a non destruct policy.

Serendipity's mission is to promote, improve, develop and maintain appreciation of the arts for the public benefit, to advance education in the arts and different cultures and heritage for the public benefit, to promote equality and diversity for the public benefit through the arts including hosting events that profile diversity such as Let's Dance International Frontiers and Black History Month.

Base 51 supports the holistic well-being of young people aged 11 to 25 through: Counselling, Safe Space : one to one support, advice and guidance, youth Groups, LGBTQ youth group :Outburst,Evolution: support for young people affected by serious violence, food, laundry and showers. Base 51 runs a professional training academy ( accredited) , and is based in NGY myplace centre in Nottingham
