Branston & District U3A is a learning co-operative of older people, enabling them to share many educational, creative and leisure activities. Interest range from the physical, via the cerebral to the pleasure and leisure acitivities. It is hoped that by keeping members mentally and physically active and alert, they benefit in terms of health and welfare and maintain their independence.

The overall objective and principal activity is to facilitate and encourage people with physical and learning disabilities. The objective is achieved by the provision of sailing sessions and to advance the education of disabled people by the provision of training in sailing.

The group prepares motorcycle riders for the Advanced Riding test. We cover South Lincolnshire from Sleaford to the county boundary with Norfolk at Sutton Bridge and from the county boundary with Cambridgeshire up to Skegness and Horncastle.
