The charity is required to donate part of its annual income to the Stamford Endowed schools. The balance of the income is disbursed in small amounts to individuals in need

The relief of persons in conditions of need, hardship or distress in the Parish of Burgh Le Marsh.

The Foundation makes educational grants to organisations and individuals in the civil parish of Withern-with-Stain.

The preservation of the character of Louth, in particular the conservation area, and also the surrounding area.

To educate the public in all aspects of fire safety and fire prevention. Holding meetings and attending public functions to further the education of both young, old and disadvantaged citizens in our local area, working in conjunction with the local fire service in fire prevention at gala's, shows and 'golden age fairs' as per the remit of the constitution of the Vivien Fire Engine Trust.

The Trustees Apply the income of the Charity in relieving either generally or individual persons resident in the area of benefit.

Gives gift to elderly and bereaved residents in Langtoft at Christmas and leavers gift to 6Y pupils at Langtoft CP School

Provide financial assistance to those people or bodies in need within the Parish of Fulstow
