We have been working in Hyson Green in Nottingham City Centre this year providing coaching support to individuals and families. Our aim is to empower parents and carers and others who support children in the ward to improve educational life chances by ensuring that children entering school have sufficient skills to access the curriculum.

THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS

To advance the education of the children of Uffington CE Primary School by providing or assisting in the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augmentation of those provided by the local authority or Department for Education.

To hold in trust the Magdalen Playing Field for the use of the community of Wainfleet. We make sure it is used properly and appropriately and is inclusive to all.

To increase public knowledge and education of :a. The heritage of RAF Scampton and the acts of heroism that are associated with it.b. The contribution and sacrifices of RAF Scampton personnel; the Royal Air Force; the people of Lincolnshire and the military more generally. To preserve RAF Scampton related artefacts, documents and information and facilitate increased public access .

Provision of Sports Hall and Gym facilities to the local and surrounding general community

The museum has been established to advance the education of the public to promote, restore, conserve and display all aspects of 19th and 20th century technology, many of the artefacts displayed can be demonstrated. The museum also conducts Reminiscence Sessions for groups of Dementia and Care Home Residents. The museum was built by and is run by Volunteers and Trustees on a not for profit bases.

Management committee responsible for maintaining Rauceby Village Hall - fundraising when necessary.

Mentor children and young adults with special needs to gain independence, social skills and self confidence; Engage young people in Lincolnshire who have special needs in activities that will nourish their personal development; Provide excellent quality short breaks for young people aged 8 to 19 years; Provide advocacy services which meet the needs of young people and their families.

The charity was originally set up to provide grants to local school children to help them with further education and also provide spectacles. These aims are now somewhat outdated.
