The India Association committee is made up of some 300 professional businessmen and women from all walks of life, who use their expertise and contacts to help raise awareness and funds for worthy causes and other charitable organisations both in the UK and abroad.

We fund projects to help underprivileged children and young people overseas. Typical outcomes include opportunities for school attendance, vocational training, business start-ups, play & sport, and for spiritual growth; also practical improvements to premises and facilities.

TICCIH IS THE ONLY INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION DEVOTED TO THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION, INTERPRETATION AND PROMOTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE. IT HAS A RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT WITH ICOMOS, THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL ON MONUMENTS AND SITES, TO ADVISE ON INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE SITES AND IS ACTIVELY CONCERNED WITH THE PROMOTION OF WORLD HERITAGE SITES OF AN INDUSTRIAL NATURE.

Meditation in Action supports and encourages the practice of meditation while supporting the goals of humanitarian and ecological projects. We do this by organising and facilitating a varied programme of residential and non-residential retreats, day-long events, and meetings in Europe. The main activities of EHBEA are:1. A yearly conference and 2. The CLCI provides a platform to facilitate discussion and promotion of increased awareness among health professionals, the public, policy makers and politicians, of the effectiveness of immunisation as a public health tool, of the importance of vaccination programmes for citizens of all ages, and of knowledge of issues and barriers around immunisation at all stages of life that need to overcome.
