Activities & Mission
Meditation in Action supports and encourages the practice of meditation while supporting the goals of humanitarian and ecological projects. We do this by organising and facilitating a varied programme of residential and non-residential retreats, day-long events, and meetings in Europe. Our events are led by experienced teachers and facilitators. People of all backgrounds and traditions are welcome
