BNENC works with all members of the community from birth to old age and provides facilities that were previously denied one of the poorest communities in the country. STEC delivers Community Engagement, Adult and Community Learning, Community Support Projects, Managed Office Space and Business Support on a Social Enterprise basis, to promote inclusion, employability, lifelong learning and sustainability, with focus upon deprived communities in South Liverpool (eg Speke / Garston)
