Advancing the education of the public in general on the subjects of educational Psychology, personal and social development and mental health

OSAIS has hosted a number of social events including barbeques and ?Eid gatherings. Other events are linked to educational courses such as the ST (Student Teachers) Inset and the General Shoora (OSAIS AGM) which is a chance for students to meet as well as to discuss OSAIS related issues and training. OSAIS have also been involved in planning trips to Mecca for Umrah which took place in April 2015.

Educational Programmes: There are three programmes for men, women and children.The programme is usually of educational and social nature. The relief and assistance of people in any part of the world who are the victims of war or natural disaster,trouble , or catastrophe.Youth programmes: Running different types of activities ,Football games, cookery and cake making classes.

The Charity through the combat sports such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, jiu-jitsu; or Weight Training, Fitness training and other Martial Arts/ Fitness activities, provides for public benefit the facilities and equipment for fitness, strength training and martial arts / combat sports, for participation in healthy recreation, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Salford/Manchester.

The charity is mainly religious, preaching the word of God to people, helping the physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being of individuals. The charity also offers financial help to individuals and organisations when possible and provides counselling to everyone in need.

Promotion of the Christian Religion

We continue to expand our children/youth work/all-age events. We hold youth sports and training sessions (10-20+), drop-in cafe, Mother/Toddler group, kids club, youth clubs, dance/music sessions/workshops, residentials, in addition to various community events throughout the year. We hope to extend our social action and detached/outreach work with youth.in the community.

To help young children begging on the streets of developing nations. To provide food shelter education as well as adult supervision to such children. Also to help and educate communities in the UK on numerous issues related to children and well being.

The relief of financial hardship by the provision of financial assistance to persons of the Jewish faith who are in need in the UK and in Israel. The advancement of education in the orthodox Jewish faith and the advancement and promotion of the Jewish religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with the orthodox tenets thereof.

The objects of the Congregation are:-a) Advancement of the Orthodox Jewish Religion for the benefit of members and thepublic by the provision of a place of public worship, arranging and conducting religiousservices.b) The provision and promotion of education of members and the general public bymeans of various lectures and groups of the public such as schools and groups ofscouts/guides

The object of the charity is to provide practical assistance to disadvantaged young people.Previously the charity had acquired a property with a view to the property being used to meet the objectives.The property has been subsequently sold and the proceeds are currently invested, accruing interest.

Tandem Theatre deliver participatory arts programmes for disadvantaged communities to enhance creativity and appreciation of the arts, facilitate participation with non formal education, improve emotional and mental health and wellbeing, and increase employability skills.

To relive the distress and suffering of women, in particular, women of South Asian ethnicity, who have suffered or who are exposed to domestic violence or other forms of abuse, through the provision of a support helpline, drop-in support sessions, education and through delivering training sessions and advice to other organisations and services on domestic violence.

AHDT is a non-partisan voluntary charity that works to facilitate the development and provision of health care in African communities, focusing currently on northern Nigeria. Some of our activities include the acquisition and supply of medical equipment to health centres, transfer of medical skills and knowledge through training and mentoring, and provision of pro-bono medical services by members.

William's Gift supports children and their families in hospital by providing care packages. We currently cover Alder Hey and Royal Manchester Children's Hospitals and the Children's ward at Warrington General Hospital. We primarily but not exclusively support children with bowel related conditions. We have packages for long term patients and those on emergency admissions as well as bravery packs

The objects of Hulme Hall Trust Foundation are:The provision of assistance for higher education by means of grants to be awarded to students at the University of Manchester, including post-graduate and research students, and with preference for residents of Hulme Hall.The provision of benefits in connection with Hulme Hall (which includes the chapel and chaplaincy)

The food bank operates in the ward of Burnage in Manchester. It organises the collection and storage of non-perishable food items through donations from local residents. Monetary donations are used to buy items to supplement the food stock as necessary. The food is distributed to residents of Burnage identified by referral agencies as in need.

Dynamic Support of Greater Manchester is a register charity whose objective are to relieve poverty and distress in Greater Manchester and in Africa; to promote the benefit of BAME women and girls and their dependents; to promote their good health and well being and provide recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare.
